Maintanance of Drive-in racking system in Wood HP Company

Recently, Viet Mechanical has performed periodic maintenance under the contract for HP Wood Company in Tam Phuoc Industrial Zone, Dong Nai.
The total warehouse capacity is about 1127 pallets
The work progress is as follows:
- Inspection: general inspection of warehouse system, deflection measurement, bending of frame legs, checking details of damaged shelves, ...
- On-site maintenance work: shot back bolt, tighten bolt, shelf screws
- Maintenance work to charge: adjust the tilting shelves, replace damaged supplies.
In this inspection, we found some cases that need to be repaired as follows:
1. The leg of the cylinder is dented due to collision with the forklift
2. The bracing is bent, dented by collision
3. The protection column is damaged due to a collision with the forklift
After conducting the inspection, Viet Mechanical will report the maintenance to the customer, analyze the data, synthesize, propose a repair plan, make a quote for the maintenance charge.
